Business Policy, Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Coders Nest. By accessing our website or engaging our design, development, and digital marketing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Business Policy, Terms, and Conditions. Please read them carefully before initiating any project with us.
Bespoke Deliverables: All services provided by Coders Nest—including Web Design & Development, Mobile Applications, Unique Branding, SEO, PPC, and Social Media Management—are executed based on a mutually agreed Project Scope or Proposal.
Scope Revisions: Any feature, design modification, or functional addition requested outside the finalized project proposal will be considered a “Scope Change” and may incur additional costs and extended timelines.

Client Deliverables: The client is responsible for providing necessary assets (content, images, logos, API keys, and server access) in a timely manner. Delays in providing assets will directly extend the project delivery timeline.

Milestone Payments: Projects generally operate on a milestone-based payment structure (e.g., initial deposit, design approval, development phase, and final deployment).

Deposit Requirement: Work on any project begins only after the receipt of the initial non-refundable deposit specified in the project agreement.

Final Release: Final source code, database files, and domain/server deployment will only be transferred or published live upon full settlement of all outstanding invoices.

Client Ownership: Upon full payment of all fees, the final design, custom source code, and visual assets created specifically for the client become the sole property of the client.

Agency Rights: Coders Nest reserves the right to showcase the completed work, screenshots, and case studies in our portfolio, social media, and promotional materials, unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to project kickoff.

Pre-existing Assets: Any third-party libraries, open-source plugins, framework dependencies, or stock media used remain under their respective original licenses.

Design Approvals: We provide a dedicated number of revision rounds (as specified in your project agreement) during the UI/UX wireframing and design phase in Figma.

Quality Guarantee: We warrant that all custom code and responsive layouts will function according to the agreed-upon technical specifications at the time of launch across modern web browsers and devices.

Complimentary Support Window: Coders Nest provides a 14-day to 30-day (depending on the agreement) complimentary bug-fix period after project deployment to resolve any technical glitches related to the original scope.

Third-Party Disruptions: We are not liable for system downtime, API failures, or site issues caused by third-party hosting providers, external plugins, or unauthorized client-side code modifications after project handover.

Project Termination: Either party may terminate a project agreement by providing written notice if the other party breaches significant terms.

Refund Structure:
    • Initial deposits are non-refundable as they cover preliminary research, project planning, and resource allocation.
    • If a project is canceled mid-way by the client, payment will be required for all completed milestones and billable hours up to the date of cancellation notice.

In no event shall Coders Nest, its team members, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss) arising out of the use or inability to use our digital solutions.

Coders Nest reserves the right to modify these Business Policies, Terms, and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
